Real Estate Staging Consultation

Room by room, inside and outside, your home is evaluated with an objective & trained eye. You receive a list of specific recommendations that will enhance your home's positive features that can make your home stand out above the rest for the right reasons, and is a valuable investment for any home seller to make. Consultations are priced at 10% of the square footage of the home. When you are ready to list your home, we can provide you with complimentary digital and print photos for your listings.

Staging Redesigns

The next step is to have each space artfully arranged and decorated. Most homes will greatly benefit from some rearrangement of furniture and accessorization. The goal is to create rooms that potential buyers can visualize themselves living in. We utilize proven techniques that attract buyers. When needed, we shop for final additions that will create the appeal sought after by potential buyers.

Redesigns can be limited to specific key rooms or an entire house. We can take care of all the details, such as cleaning, painting, and taking care of minor repairs, or help you “fluff” the home right before an open house or the Broker’s Open.

We can also provide ongoing landscaping maintenance while your home is on the market.
